Price

Karavan Travel reserves the right to modify the prices of the tours at any time before your reservation. If the government imposes new taxes or increases existing taxes, we have the right to inform you and modify the prices of your trip. On the other hand, the agency keeps the right to modify the circuit according to the force majors, the climate to do you better during the trip but that does not change the prices of the circuit.

Payment Terms

To confirm your reservation you must pay a deposit of 30% of the amount of your file, by bank transfer or by your bank card.

The balance of your trip is due no later than 30 days before your departure. If you confirm your trip less than 30 days before departure, you must pay the entire tour upon booking. If you do not pay the balance according to the payment conditions, the agency reserves the right to cancel your trip.

Terms of cancelation

Any cancellation must be the subject of an email addressed to the local agency. The amount of cancellation fees varies depending on when the cancellation occurs:

  • more than 30 days before departure: 5% of the price of the trip
  • between 30 and 22 days of departure: 25% of the price of the trip
  • between 21 and 8 days of departure: 50% of the price of the trip
  • between 7 and 3 days before departure: 75% of the price of the trip
  • less than 3 days before departure and after the departure date: 100% of the price of the trip

You will not have any reimbursement for the services to be provided or for any unused part since your visit started. If you wish to make changes to the tour or leave the tour earlier, this change or departure will be entirely at your expense and responsibility. You must also communicate in writing to the tour operator the reason for your change.

Travel insurance

The agency will not be responsible for delays or cancellations of international flights or trains; incidents such as injuries, illnesses or the loss of personal effects during the trip.

On the other hand, insurance is compulsory for all travelers, when confirming the tour each client must inform the tour operator of his own insurance with an insurer with cover for the entire duration of the tour intended, to cover injuries, medical costs, repatriation costs, loss of luggage and costs associated with the cancellation or interruption of a visit.

If you fall ill during the trip, all hospital costs, doctor fees and repatriation fees are your responsibility and the agency will not be responsible for reimbursing the cost of the unused trip.
